Writing a book has been on my bucket list for many years but what finally triggered the process was a simple e-mail from Paul Berton, the son of the late Pierre Berton (the famous Canadian author). He saw a prototype of my book, Common Sense is UnCommon (which I had given to his mother, one of my students), and was impressed enough to e-mail me and ask where he can get my book. The prototype was used as a fundraiser for a local charity and was very successful.
Throughout the years, during all my psychology classes, I have asked all my students to let me know, which wisdom’s, that I use, motivate them to take action. Throughout the years I have received thousands, with the specific intention to publish them. Like most people, I was going to do this one day…some day….until that e-mail from Paul.
Now I have.
